Thirmco was established in 2008 to provide high quality, competitively priced Hot Ink Rollers to the Worldwide
market.

Drawing upon combined experience spanning well over 25 years in the manufacture and marketing of this product
line, in just a few months, Thirmco has established itself as a leader in this specialised field.

Thirmcos philosophy of concentrating only on one manufactured item, Hot Ink Rollers, has enabled it to focus on
the equipment, processes, raw materials and strict quality control measures needed to produce high performance,
consistent rollers.

All of the machinery used in our factory has been designed and built to demanding specifications. Investment will
continue in these areas, especially as new technologies become available.

Raw material stock holdings are sufficient to cover even the larger “urgent” orders.

We pride ourselves on the level of support and attention to detail we pay to our customers. We are small enough
to be able to promptly react to any customer request, large enough to handle volume orders - our current capacity
is 400,000 rollers per year and with additional planned machinery purchases we will be able to produce
almost 1,000,000 rollers per year.

In August 2012, Thirmco Limited celebrated its fourth year of trading.
In the first 12 months of manufacturing, we grew to become one of the largest producers of Hot Ink Rollers
in the World. Today, we export to over 25 Countries, offer 9 standard sizes plus custom dimensions all of which are
available in 7 ink formulations.
A colour matching service is also available.
